Roman Zhuravskyi moved his elderly mother Olena to the city of Dnipro last year, believing it to be a safer place to live during the war.
But on Saturday 14 January a Russian missile strike hit the city, flattening Roman's apartment block.
On Wednesday, Zelensky reflected on the 40 deaths caused by the attack. Roman's mother is one those still missing.
